Naypyitaw

Naypyitaw, which means “Royal Capital” in Burmese, the seat of the government, is located in the central part of Myanmar. The Uppatasanti Pagoda, a replica of Yangon’s famous Shwedagon Pagoda, the Maravijaya Buddha – the world’s largest 81 feet (25m) high marble Buddha Image in bhumiphassa mudra; the Water Fountain Garden and Gem Museum are its cultural attractions and landmarks worth exploring.
